When I received my rear view mirror charm, it was the wrong item. I emailed the company and they responded back to me within a hour. We exchanged emails twice and they responded within the hour again. No problem getting the correct item. Very professional and helpful. Received my correct item really quick. Would definitely recommend this company. They want to make sure their customers are happy.
