I order this bracelet for a friend who just lost her daughter in December I got the bracelet but they put the wrong name on it. I checked the paperwork and it was right. I’ve been trying to call them for over a week I’ve left messages with my my phone number they still haven’t called back. Just saying not happy the way they conduct business taking care of their mistakes
