The bracelet was a Christmas gift and the recipient loved it! The bracelet was sent before Christmas and in a timely manner, however, the cuctomer service was non existent. I sent 4 emails shortly after ordering the bracelet and asked if I could add to my order so that I would not get charged an additional shipping charge. I never received a response with any of my emails and there was not a phone number to call. I figured I was not going to receive the item, so I ordered a similar one on amazon. Then I had two!!

As I said....products are really nice, however, It would be great if they responded to emails or sent an email when the item is shipping....
