I needed to exchange my shirt for a bigger size so I emailed them to ask how I go about doing an exchange. 2 weeks later and still waiting for a reply!! I guess I will not need be getting another by Christmas so that's awful! VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Will not be giving a good review.
