How To Measure Leggings
The above measurements are based on standard body measurements. If your measurement falls in between sizes, size up or down based on whether you prefer less or more compression. The fabric used for the leggings can accommodate a variety of body types within a size, hence the range of measurements within that size. The most important measurement is the hips.
Numeric Size
Our numeric sizes are set as a guideline based on standard body measurements. We still recommend taking your actual body measurements. Weve included a numeric chart as a rough estimate to help decide which size will likely be best for you.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest area of your waist, usually located around the belly button.
Hips
Measure around the fullest area of your hips. This area is usually located at the top of your legs, or about 8 inches below your belly button.
The above measurements represent body measurements, not garment measurements. For example, if you measure around your hips as explained and your measurement is 38", then based on the size chart, you would purchase a medium.
