I am a size 16 and the fit is good, a little loose not hugging which I like because I have a large bottom. The butterflies are a little more light pink then I expected the photo makes them look almost purple. The fabric is slightly stretchy and very comfortable.

It is a very comfortable scrub top. I really love the style. It took a little longer than usual to receive and I wished that I would have had a follow up email to such, I think it is still worth the buy.
