The product itself is great. I am excited for my friend to wear them and show them off! However, the three month wait period between the purchase, cut off date, and then actually receiving the product leaves much to be desire. The site itself explains that it should take about two weeks once the cut off date occurs. This was not the case. I understand about things being on back order, but this should have been communicated to customers once it became an issue. In addition, it is disheartening to have to send, at least two emails asking about the purchase and its arrival time to receive a response. I appreciate my purchase and it being sent but I feel it should have been sent in a more timely manner. Thank you.
